S2W is a dump of heartfelt emotions, unnecessary observations, private arguments and thoughts from an otherwise perfectly ordinary working life — the sort of things most of us have learnt to lock away somewhere between being professional, being correct and getting on with the day.

There may not always be a lesson. There is quite enough of that at work.
